Why personalized meditation

Guidance for your life, in your own words.

Personalized guided meditation adapts the focus and language of a session to the individual. With Psyche, your answers shape a new audio session: the goal you name, the situation you describe, and the way you want to approach it.

Your situation

Start with something specific.

A presentation tomorrow, a belief you keep returning to, or a feeling you want to understand. Bring the details that matter to you.

Your session

Generated from your answers.

A meditation library offers existing recordings. Psyche is an AI meditation app that creates a script and narrated audio using your input and preferences.

Your practice

Return to what feels useful.

Save sessions and favorites to replay, or create a new guided meditation when your focus changes. Build a personal library around your own inner work.

Four meditation experiences

Manifest. Rewire. Explore. Presence.

Choose the kind of practice you need today. Each experience asks different questions, so the guidance reflects what you want to work with.

Manifest

Manifest a Desire

Manifestation meditation and guided visualization built around a desire you describe. Imagine a specific future moment, how it might feel, and the qualities you want to practice.

Rewire

Rewire a Pattern

Bring a recurring habit, limiting belief, or thought pattern. Describe when it appears and the response you would like to rehearse. Use this subconscious reprogramming meditation experience to reflect on familiar responses and mentally practice alternatives.

Explore

Explore Your Inner World

Meditation for self-discovery, shaped around a thought, emotion, dream, relationship, or personal experience. Make space for curiosity about your inner world without needing an immediate answer.

Presence

Presence & Stillness

A quieter mindfulness meditation experience with less narration and more space for breath, body awareness, and silence. Choose support for breath awareness, relaxation, quiet observation, or restful sleep.

How Psyche works

From what’s on your mind to a meditation made for you.

You provide the context. Psyche uses AI to create a personalized meditation script, then combines narration and background audio into a guided session.

  1. 01 / Choose

    Choose an experience.

Start with Manifest, Rewire, Explore, or Presence, depending on what you want from your practice.

  2. 02 / Share

    Share your context.

Answer the experience’s questions about your goal, feelings, recurring patterns, or situation. Your own words guide the session.

  3. 03 / Create

    Receive custom audio.

Psyche generates guided meditation audio using your answers, chosen session type, and relevant preferences.

  4. 04 / Listen

    Listen and return.

Find somewhere quiet, follow the guidance, and save sessions you want to revisit. Create another when you have a new intention.

Make it personal

Meditation for the things that matter to you.

Your session can begin with a real moment from your life. Here are a few ways to give Psyche a specific starting point.

Confidence

Rehearse showing up.

Describe an upcoming presentation, conversation, or creative challenge and the way you want to meet it. Psyche can shape a guided meditation for confidence around that moment.

Self-concept

Explore how you see yourself.

Use self-concept meditation to reflect on your self-image and rehearse qualities you value. Bring an identity or belief you want to explore to Manifest or Rewire.

Beliefs & habits

Notice a familiar pattern.

For meditation for limiting beliefs, name a recurring thought, when it tends to arise, and a different response you would like to practice.

Visualization

Picture a meaningful moment.

Give your visualization meditation a concrete scene: a morning routine, a finished project, or a conversation. Describe the details that make it personal.

Emotional reflection

Get curious about a feeling.

Bring a relationship, memory, or emotion to Explore. Use your session for self-exploration and personal growth, without pressure to solve everything.

Mindfulness

Leave room for the present.

Choose Presence & Stillness for breath awareness and quiet observation. You can start a mindfulness practice without setting a goal to change yourself.

Questions

Personalized meditation: your questions answered.

What is personalized meditation?

Personalized meditation is guided practice shaped around an individual’s needs and context. In Psyche, you choose an experience and answer questions about your goals, emotions, beliefs, or personal situation. Those answers help shape the script, imagery, and direction of a newly generated audio session.

How does an AI meditation app work?

An AI meditation app uses the information you provide to generate meditation content. Psyche combines your session answers, selected experience, and relevant preferences to create a script and narrated audio with background sound. It works from what you share; it does not read your mind or diagnose your emotional state.

Can I create my own guided meditation?

Yes. With Psyche, you guide the session by choosing Manifest, Rewire, Explore, or Presence and answering the questions for that experience. Your answers shape a custom guided meditation that you can save and replay. You provide the context; Psyche generates the script and audio.

What is self-concept meditation?

Self-concept meditation focuses on the beliefs and qualities you associate with who you are. You might reflect on a familiar self-description or imagine how you would approach a situation with more confidence. In Psyche, you can bring these themes to Manifest or Rewire and describe the qualities you want to practice.

How is Psyche different from traditional meditation apps?

A prerecorded meditation library lets you choose an existing session by topic. Psyche creates new guided meditation audio from your answers and preferences. The difference is the starting point: your specific goal, pattern, emotion, or experience shapes the session’s content.

Can I use Psyche for manifestation and visualization?

Yes. Manifest a Desire asks what you want, how that future might feel, and a small moment that would represent it. These details shape a personalized visualization meditation. The practice offers a way to explore intentions and mentally rehearse meaningful moments; it does not guarantee that an imagined outcome will happen.

Is Psyche suitable for beginners?

You can begin by choosing an experience and answering its questions in everyday language. You do not need to write a meditation script. If you prefer a quieter starting point, Presence & Stillness focuses on breath awareness, relaxation, or quiet observation. Follow the guidance at your own pace.

Is Psyche free or subscription-based?

Psyche is free to download on iPhone, and access to personalized sessions requires a paid subscription. Current plans, regional prices, and any available trial terms are shown in the App Store and the app before purchase. You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription through your Apple ID settings.

What does subconscious reprogramming meditation mean in Psyche?

In Psyche, this describes reflecting on recurring beliefs and habits and rehearsing a different response through guided imagery. Rewire a Pattern asks about the pattern, its triggers, and what you would like to practice instead. It is a personal reflection tool, not a claim of guaranteed brain changes or a replacement for therapy.

Can I use Psyche before bed?

Presence & Stillness includes a Restful Sleep option. You can choose it when you want a quieter session before bed. Psyche is a meditation and relaxation tool and does not treat sleep disorders.

Is Psyche available for iPhone?

Yes. Psyche: Personal Meditations is available on the Apple App Store for iPhone running iOS 16.4 or later. View Psyche on the App Store for current compatibility and availability.

How is my personal information used?

Your session inputs and relevant preferences are processed to generate your meditation, including by third-party AI and voice providers. Saved sessions and account information are handled according to our Privacy Policy. Read it before sharing personal information.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. In the app, go to Profile, Privacy & Legal, then Delete Account. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage that separately through your Apple ID subscription settings. See our Privacy Policy for data deletion details.

Your next meditation starts with you.

About

About the founder.

Hi, I'm Morgan. I built Psyche because I wanted inner work to feel more personal than a generic meditation library. So many people know what they want to change, but they need a practice that meets them inside the exact pattern, fear, habit, or future self they are working with.

My hope is that Psyche helps people feel less stuck and more connected to the version of themselves they are becoming. Not by forcing change, but by making it easier to visualize it, rehearse it, and return to it day by day.
